- Allow breaking down difficult yoga poses making them approachable step by step
- Provide additional intensity especially when working the core muscles.
Learn chair-based yoga so you can still enjoy a well-balanced practice
even when you cannot unroll your mat, while traveling, dealing with injuries,
or being confined in the office.

Daniela Simina is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with an international background in yoga,
different modalities of energetic rebalancing, and martial arts. Daniela has over 20 years of experience teaching classes and contributing to yoga teacher training programs.
She is the author of the "AnyChair Yoga" book and her articles have been featured in publications
such as “Mind, Body, Green”, “The Elephant Journal” , and “Holistic Horse.”

Lauren's next event Saturday January 31st 6:30pm
Join professional musician and yoga teacher Lauren for an evening of sacred sound to reset your nervous system and clear any distortions from your energy field to anchor your highest path. Lauren holds her master's degree in jazz performance and RYT 200 yoga teaching certification. She uses a combination of gong, frame drum, solfeggio sound bowls, and channeled singing voice during her sound baths. Becoming an open vessel for divine flow, she allows whatever needs to be sung and played for the highest good of the group to come through in a true channeling of sacred sound. All are welcome!
What to bring: a yoga mat (or a couple of large towels to lie down on), water,
and if you'd like extra comfort a pillow and blanket.
